Service Kits for manual and water activated inflation
When the trigger mechanism has been activated (Jacket Inflated) it is necessary to replace the CO2 cylinder and the green indicator tab.
Manual Inflation Kits - Remove the old cylinder by unscrewing anticlockwise and replace. Install green indicator tab.
Water Activated Inflation Kits - Remove the old cylinder by unscrewing anticlockwise. Unscrew end cap and remove old bobbin. Discard the old bobin. To install new bobbin - ensure fittings are dry before placing bobbin in trigger mechanism (fits only with white side down). Replace clear end cap by hand screwing firmly home in a clockwise direction.
Install CO2 cylinder in top of mechanism and firmly tighten by hand in a clockwise direction. Fit green indicator tab through hole in trigger mechanism and manual activation lever. NOTE: If you have any doubt about the ability to perform this task contact us for service.

Water activated Kits include CO2 cylinder, water activated bobbin and indicator pin.
