Yellow band “Shark Tooth” fits on 100yrd to 3000yrd spools that range from, 2.5' inner spool diameter to 4.5' outer spool diameter
Orange band “Shark Tooth” fits on ¼ lb spools that range from, 1.5' inner spool diameter to 3' outer spool diameter
For fly fishing
Red band “Shark Tooth” fits on larger diameter tippet spools that range from 2 1/8' inner spool diameter to 4' outer spool diameter (i.e. Rio, Maxima, Scientific Angler, Orvis, Seaguar, Frog Hair (large dia.), and Umpqua (thin spool), etc.).
Blue band “Shark Tooth” fits on tippet spools that range from, 1.5' inner spool diameter to 2 1/2' outer spool diameter (i.e. Umpqua (wide spool), Frog Hair (small dia.), and Climax).
